Sweet Almond Oil is high in Vitamin E and has high levels of omega-6 fatty acids. Sweet almond oil is also rich in Vitamin K and essential B-complex vitamins such as riboflavin, niacin, thiamin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6 and folate. 

Hair: It has the ability to strengthen hair and reduce hair loss. The vitamin E will help boost the hair follicles. You can add this oil to your conditioner for more moisture. It will also help with dandruff.

Skin: The antioxidants and other active ingredients will slow down aging process, wrinkles and puffy eyes. You may apply this oil to patches such eczema, psoriasis or rosacea to reduce inflammation at a quick speed. 

 Aside from using the oil for your skin, face, and hair. You can also blend an essential oil to customize it for your preference.
